**Chief Discipline and Student Affairs Officer**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**Enforcement of Discipline**: Implement and enforce rules and regulations to maintain discipline within the campus and student hostels

**Conflict Resolution**: Mediate and resolve conflicts among students, and address issues related to student behavior, both on and off-campus.

**Crisis Management**: Respond to emergencies, including handling police complaints, issues, and external conflicts involving students.

**Hostel Management**: Oversee the smooth functioning of student hostels, including addressing grievances and ensuring the safety and well-being of students.

**Coordination with Authorities**: Liaise with local law enforcement, government officials, and other external agencies to manage any issues that may impact the institution.

**Political and External Issues**: Address and manage any external political or social issues that could affect the institution's environment or reputation.

**Minimum Qualifications**:
Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in any discipline. A master's degree or additional certifications in management or law enforcement is preferred.

**Experience**:
A minimum of 10 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in the armed forces, police, or related fields. Experience in managing security, discipline, or student affairs in an educational institution is an advantage.

**Skills**:
Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Ability to handle high-pressure situations with discretion and professionalism.
