*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Talent Acquisition:* Identify, source, and engage with top IT professionals in the industry, with a primary focus on lateral hiring. Utilize various channels and methods to attract and evaluate the best talent.

5. *Market Research:* Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis to remain competitive in attracting top talent.

6. *Collaboration:* Work closely with the HR team, hiring managers, and department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

*Qualifications:*
- 1 to 2 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a successful track record of filling positions.
- Exceptional communication skills in English and fluency in a regional language.
- In-depth knowledge of IT roles, skills, and industry trends.
- Proficiency in using various recruitment tools and platforms.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
