**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Concept Development**:

- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop video concepts aligned with organizational goals.
- Translate ideas into compelling storyboards.
- **Video Production**:

- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos, including promotional campaigns, educational content, and impact stories.
- Operate cameras, lighting equipment, and audio gear effectively.
- **Post-Production**:

- Edit raw footage to produce polished videos with attention to detail in pacing, sound, and aesthetics.
- Add animations, graphics, and music to enhance storytelling.
- **Project Management**:

- Manage video production timelines and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Maintain equipment inventory and oversee maintenance as required.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the creative, marketing, and documentation teams to align video outputs with organizational goals.
- Coordinate with external vendors or freelancers, if necessary.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Experience**:

- 2+ years of experience in video production, cinematography, or a related field.
- **Technical Proficiency**:

- Expertise in operating professional camera equipment and video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.).
- Knowledge of lighting techniques, audio recording, and color grading.
- **Creative Vision**:

- Strong storytelling abilities with a keen eye for composition and detail.
- **Other Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
