Our creative team plays a vital role in producing impactful marketing videos and high-quality educational content for our learners across the globe. We are hiring two mid-level Video Production professionals who can independently handle end-to-end video creation – one for marketing campaigns and another for educational content production.

Marketing-Integrated Video Producer – Focused on brand, campaigns, and promotional content.

Educational Video Producer – Focused on course delivery, training modules, and explainer videos.

Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop concepts, scripts, and storyboards.

Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to capture high-quality footage.

Ensure proper framing, lighting, and sound quality during shoots.

Review and organize raw footage for editing.

Add transitions, motion graphics, animations, music, sound effects, and voiceovers.

Perform color correction, visual effects, and sound design for professional polish.

Sync audio and video for clarity and impact.

Export final videos in multiple formats optimized for web, social media, and learning platforms.

Stay updated with industry trends, new tools, and best practices in video editing and production.

Work independently, managing deadlines and multiple projects.

Adapt video style to suit marketing campaigns or educational content requirements.

Video Editing Software: Motion Graphics & Animation: Photoshop / Illustrator (added advantage)

Strong camera operation skills (DSLR / Mirrorless) with understanding of lighting and audio setups

Ability to create engaging content tailored for marketing or educational delivery

Basic knowledge of color grading and audio mixing

Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Media, Film, Mass Communication, Animation, or related fields
