We are seeking a motivated and proactive Field Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to introduce products/services and secure new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Execute sales activities to achieve or exceed sales within assigned territories or regions.
- Implement marketing activities locally.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities in the field.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in field sales, marketing, or a related role.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage time and priorities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of local market dynamics and customer preferences.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territory.
