**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound inquiries from students and parents regarding course details, eligibility, admission process, fees, and scholarships.
- Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly to ensure maximum conversions.
- Provide accurate and updated information about program benefits, placements, faculty, and specializations.
- Work closely with the admissions team to meet enrollment targets.
- Participate in promotional activities, webinars, and educational fairs if required.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum Graduate (any stream); experience in education counseling is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (or regional language).
- Strong convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office is preferred.
- Prior experience in education admissions counselling or tele calling is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
