**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated, empathetic, and results-oriented **Admission Counsellor** to join our dynamic admissions team. As an Admission Counsellor, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective students and their families, playing a critical role in shaping the student community. You will provide guidance throughout the admissions process, from initial inquiry to final enrollment, while also building meaningful relationships and maintaining a strong applicant pipeline.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Student Counseling & Support:

- Provide personalized counseling and academic advice to students regarding courses, program selection, career outcomes, and admission requirements.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to students and families, addressing questions and concerns about academic offerings, campus culture, financial aid, scholarships, and the admissions process.

Application & Admission Process:

- Guide students through each stage of the admission journey, from inquiry to enrollment.
- Assist applicants in completing documentation, submitting transcripts, and meeting deadlines.
- Conduct interviews, orientation sessions, and group discussions where required.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of student interactions using CRM or admissions software.

Outreach & Recruitment:

- Participate in student recruitment activities such as school visits, educational fairs, webinars, and information sessions.
- Represent the institution in community events, expos, or online events to promote programs and increase student engagement.
- Develop and nurture relationships with school counselors, parents, and other influencers.

Data Management & Reporting:

- Track leads and conversion metrics to monitor and improve admission funnel performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing and academic departments to align communication strategies and enhance outreach.

Collaboration & Communication:

- Work closely with marketing teams to create effective admissions campaigns, promotional materials, and digital content.
- Coordinate with finance, academics, student services, and visa departments (if applicable) to ensure students receive timely assistance.
- Provide feedback to improve student experience, programs, and processes.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
