**Job Summary**:
The Admission Counsellor will act as the first point of contact and brand ambassador for the institution, helping to create a positive first impression and building trust with applicants.

**Key Responsibilities:1. Student Interaction & Counselling**:

- Counsel students (and parents, where applicable) regarding courses, curriculum, fee structure, admission criteria, campus life, career paths, etc.
- Identify student needs, assess suitability for the program, and provide personalized guidance.
- Maintain a high level of engagement with leads through follow-ups and relationship management.

**2. Lead Management & Conversion**:

- Handle incoming leads from various sources and enter them into the CRM or admission tracking system.
- Maintain a strong conversion ratio from inquiry to admission.

**3. Coordination & Administration**:

- Assist applicants throughout the entire admission process, including form filling, document collection, entrance tests (if any), and fee payment.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for seamless onboarding of new students.
- Prepare and maintain reports on student inquiries, conversions, and admissions.

**4. Outreach & Events**:

- Participate in open houses, admission fairs, school/college visits, and webinars.
- Represent the institution at education expos and career guidance events.
- Conduct presentations and information sessions for prospective students.

**5. Feedback & Reporting**:

- Gather feedback from prospective students and parents to improve services and address concerns.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on leads, conversions, and targets.
- Share insights on market trends, competition, and student preferences.

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
