We are seeking an experienced LinkedIn Consultant to elevate our brand presence, attract high-quality leads, and support our business development efforts in the digital space. As a LinkedIn Consultant, you will drive engagement on our LinkedIn company page, identify and connect with potential clients, and implement strategies to enhance visibility, credibility, and network growth. This role requires expertise in LinkedIn's platform tools, analytics, and content strategy, along with a strong understanding of the website development industry and digital marketing best practices.

- **LinkedIn Strategy Development**:

- Design and execute a LinkedIn strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives, focusing on lead generation and brand positioning within the website development and digital marketing sectors.
- Research industry trends and competitive landscape to refine targeting, messaging, and content approaches.
- **Profile Optimization and Branding**:

- Optimize LinkedIn company and key executives' profiles to reflect expertise, trustworthiness, and a strong market presence.
- Develop a cohesive brand voice across LinkedIn, ensuring alignment with overall brand messaging.
- **Content Creation and Management**:

- Create and curate high-quality, relevant content (posts, articles, case studies) showcasing the company's expertise in website development, design trends, SEO, and user experience.
- Establish a consistent posting schedule and engage with followers through thoughtful content that drives engagement and interest.
- **Lead Generation and Outreach**:

- Identify and connect with potential clients, decision-makers, and strategic partners to expand our network and foster potential business relationships.
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools to target and reach out to qualified leads, maintaining a personalized and professional approach.
- **Engagement and Community Building**:

- Engage with followers, comment on industry-related posts, and participate in relevant LinkedIn groups to increase visibility and demonstrate thought leadership.
- Encourage employees to participate in LinkedIn activities to amplify the company’s reach and enhance credibility.
- **Performance Analysis and Reporting**:

- Track and analyze key LinkedIn metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns.
- Provide regular reports on engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates, along with insights and recommendations for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a LinkedIn Consultant, Social Media Strategist, or Digital Marketing Specialist with a focus on LinkedIn.
- In-depth knowledge of LinkedIn tools, including Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Analytics, and content publishing.
- Familiarity with website development, SEO, and digital marketing concepts is highly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for compelling storytelling and content creation.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with tracking, analyzing, and reporting on social media metrics.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
