**Job description**
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer acquisition.
- Oversee SEO and SEM initiatives, optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI and improve search engine rankings.
- Manage Google AdWords campaigns, analyzing performance metrics and making data-driven decisions to enhance effectiveness.
- Create and manage Facebook (Meta) Ads campaigns for clients
- Analyze and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI
- Develop ad targeting strategies based on client goals and target audience
- Stay up-to-date with Facebook (Meta) Ads policies and changes and implement them in campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Lead a team of digital marketing professionals, providing mentorship and guidance to foster professional growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.

**Key Skill**:

- Mastery of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, YouTube Ads, and other paid platforms
- Experience with Programmatic Advertising and Display Networks
- Strong knowledge of PPC (Pay-Per-Click), CPM, CPA, ROAS, and CPC models
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Looker Studio, and CRM analytics tools
- Ability to track and optimize campaigns based on KPIs (CTR, Conversion Rate, CAC, LTV, etc).
- A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
