**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Support**:
- **Pre-Sales Consultation**:
Engage with prospective customers to understand their fitness equipment requirements and recommend appropriate solutions based on their needs.
- **Lead Qualification**:
Qualify incoming leads and inquiries, ensuring they are passed to the sales team with relevant information.
- **Product Knowledge**:
Maintain in-depth knowledge of Aerofit’s fitness products and services, including technical specifications, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- **Sales Coordination**:
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless coordination between pre-sales activities and the sales process, helping to close deals.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- **Complaint Resolution**:
Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner, escalating them to relevant teams when necessary.
- **Follow-up**:
Follow up with potential clients post-inquiry to ensure their questions are addressed and assist with any further steps toward purchasing.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field.
- 2-8 years of experience in customer service or pre-sales, preferably in the fitness equipment or wellness industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of fitness equipment is an added advantage.
