**Role & Responsibilities**:
As an **Insurance Executive**, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks focused on providing customer service, managing policy-related inquiries, and ensuring smooth processing of insurance products. Your role will involve:
- **Customer Assistance**:
- Address customer inquiries regarding insurance products, coverage, and claims.
- Provide guidance on insurance policy options, features, and benefits.
- **Policy Management**:
- Assist customers with policy issuance, renewals, and amendments.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all transactions.
- Track policies and notify customers of upcoming renewals or changes.
- **Claims Support**:
- Assist clients in the claims process, providing updates and required information.
- Facilitate smooth coordination between the customer and the claims team.
- **Sales Support**:
- Support the sales team by providing information on various insurance products and packages.
- Help generate leads and cross-sell/up-sell to potential customers.
- **Compliance & Documentation**:
- Ensure that all customer interactions and transactions are in compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of customer communications and transactions.
- **Customer Education**:
- Educate clients about insurance products, policy terms, exclusions, and claim processes.
- Promote awareness of the company’s various products and services.
- **Reporting & Analytics**:
- Maintain daily reports related to customer inquiries, policy status, and claims processing.
- Ensure that all data is properly entered into the system for analysis.
**Required Qualifications & Skills**:
- **Educational Qualification**:
- Graduation in any field (preferably in business or insurance).
- Certification in Insurance (preferably IRDAI certification) would be an added advantage.
- **Experience**:
- 0-2 years of experience in the insurance industry or customer service role.
- Prior experience in handling claims, policy servicing, and sales support is preferable.
- **Skills**:
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Good understanding of insurance products and services.
- Customer-centric approach with problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
