**Job Description: Experience Centre Advisor at Material Depot**

**Material Depot (materialdepot.in) is arguably India’s largest tech-enabled omnichannel brand of Architectural and Interior products.**

**The founding team is a mix of top management consulting firms and colleges in India (like BCG, IITB, etc.), and have worked extensively in the construction space globally. Funded by prominent global VCs that include Y Combinator, Accel Atoms, Whiteboard Capital, Soma Capital among others, we are seeking to expand our team across the board.**

**Position Summary**:
As an Experience Centre Advisor at Material Depot, you will be responsible for executing multiple aspects of store operations, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Location : Bangalore**

**Timings : Morning or Afternoon Shift - 9 hours**

**Working days - 6 Days a week. (Week off on any of the week days).**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers in selecting the appropriate materials for their projects, considering their needs, preferences, and budget.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of interior design and architecture products to effectively assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Build and maintain rapport with customers, establishing long-term relationships and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally, striving to resolve any issues and provide solutions.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Proven experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in a retail environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with customers.
- Experience in retail sales or customer service roles is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
- Good knowledge of inventory stocking and merchandising.
