**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce company services/products.
- Understand client needs and pitch relevant offerings to generate interest.
- Maintain and update the database with accurate customer information.
- Follow up with leads and schedule meetings for senior sales representatives.
- Achieve daily/weekly call targets and contribute to overall sales goals.
- Handle objections and rejections professionally while maintaining a positive attitude.

**Requirements**:

- **Freshers are welcome**; prior experience in telecalling or sales is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in **[mention preferred languages]**.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
