**Key Responsibilities**:

- Research, report, and write news stories, features, and articles in Marathi on diverse topics.
- Conduct in-depth interviews with sources, including experts, public figures, and community members.
- Investigate and develop original stories while ensuring accuracy and fairness.
- Collaborate with editors to generate story ideas and ensure content aligns with editorial standards.
- Create multimedia content (videos, podcasts, etc.) in Marathi to enhance audience engagement.
- Stay current with news trends and events relevant to the Marathi-speaking audience.
- Build and maintain a network of sources and contacts within the community.
- Adhere to ethical journalism practices, including impartiality and fact-checking.
- Use social media to distribute content and interact with readers, building a personal brand in the Marathi media space.
- Work under tight deadlines while managing multiple assignments.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional journalism experience, preferably in Marathi media.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills in Marathi.
- Proficiency in Marathi typing and familiarity with digital journalism tools and platforms.
- Experience in investigative journalism and long-form writing.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and ethical reporting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

**Working Days**: Monday to Saturday

**Office Timings**: 10:30 am to 7:30 pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹41,000.00 per month
