Home & Building Magazine by CREDAI - MCHI is looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our editorial team as interns.

**Position title**: Journalist & Copy writer
**Department**: Editorial
**Location**: Sion, Mumbai
**Reporting**:Senior correspondent

**Employment type**: Internship (Paid)

**Number of Vacancy**: 4

**Key responsibilities**:
**1) Research work**:Research on assigned topics to gather relevant information**.**Proactively gather news from various sources, including interviews, press releases, and online platforms.

**2) Writing**:Drafting articles, features, blogs, and news stories following editorial guidelines.Verify facts and information to ensure the accuracy and credibility of news stories.

**3) Editing**:Proofread content, checking grammar, and adherence to style guidelines, ensure clarity and accuracy.

**4) Field reporting**:Attending press conferences, and events to gather firsthand information.

**5)**Contribute creative ideas for content development.Transcribe and analyze interview content to extract meaningful insights.

**6)** Collaborate with the multimedia team for compelling visual storytelling.

**7)**Work closely with the editorial team to brainstorm ideas, plan content calendars, and coordinate coverage.

**8)**Collaborate with other departments, such as photography and design, for comprehensive story development.

**Qualifications**:
**1)**Enrolled in or recently graduated from journalism.

**2)**Strong writing, editing and communication skills.

**3)**Excellent research and analytical abilities.

**4)**Good interpersonal and communication skills.

**5)**Familiarity with social media platforms.

**6)**Basic knowledge of multimedia content creation.

**7)**Passion for staying updated on infrastructure and real estate affairs and industry trends.
