**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Designation: Clinical Marketing Executive**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with our dentists, managing patients’ online communications, and implementing marketing strategies to enhance patient satisfaction. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment will be essential for success. Join our dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our clinic by effectively promoting our services and ensuring exceptional patient experiences.

**Responsibilities**

1. Collaborate with doctors to develop educational brochures and social media posts targeted towards patients, ensuring accurate and engaging content.

2. Work closely with the clinical team to capture and produce high-quality videos showcasing clinical procedures, aimed at educating and informing patients.

3. Monitor and respond to Google Reviews, demonstrating a proactive and customer-centric approach to address patient feedback and enhance our online reputation.

4. Obtain consent from patients and record testimonial videos, capturing their positive experiences and promoting the clinic's services. Coordinate with the floor coordinator to identify suitable patients for testimonials.

5. Prioritize obtaining consent from both the doctor and the patient to shoot treatment snippets, highlighting the clinic's expertise and showcasing successful patient outcomes.

6. Maintain an up-to-date list of clinic signages, ensuring they display a variety of informative and promotional messages related to clinical procedures and patient education.

7. Manage records of loyalty program patients, ensuring timely distribution of loyalty kits to enhance patient retention and satisfaction.

8. Track the source of patients at the time of registration, providing valuable insights into the effectiveness of marketing efforts and aiding in strategic decision-making.

9. Prepare and submit weekly reports to management on relevant metrics

**Requirements and skills**

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Proven 2-3 years’ experience in marketing roles, preferably within the healthcare industry.

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

4. Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing techniques.

5. Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

**Location**: AJC Bose Road, Kolkata

**Salary**: 15,000-25,000 per month

**Office timing**:10 am-7 pm

**Job Type**: Full-time; Work from office

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)
