As a Graphic Designer at Martist, you will play a pivotal role in our creative team, translating client briefs and strategic input into impactful visual designs. You will work closely with our clients and internal stakeholders to conceptualize and execute designs across various platforms, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with project objectives. Your creativity and expertise will be instrumental in shaping the visual identity of brands across different industries.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and create innovative design solutions that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with account managers, creative directors, and clients to understand project requirements and deliverables.
- Produce high-quality visual designs for both print and digital platforms, including but not limited to websites, social media, advertising campaigns, and marketing collateral.
- Lead and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to elevate team capabilities.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining design excellence.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and digital marketing.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, preferably in a creative agency environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and technically proficient design work.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design tools.
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present ideas to stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in graphic design, motion graphics or video editing.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and web design best practices.
