**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of graphic designers, providing creative direction, mentorship, and feedback.
- Oversee the development and execution of visual assets for digital and print, including social media, websites, campaigns, presentations, packaging, and internal communications.
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
- Review and approve final designs, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
- Manage project workflows, timelines, and resources, ensuring efficient execution.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to keep the brand current and competitive.

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- 2+ years of professional design experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, layouts, typography, and digital marketing materials.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and design collaboration tools like Figma or XD.
- Solid project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.

**Nice to have**
- Experience of motion graphics or video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Background in industries like real-estate would be a plus.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹520,000.00 per year
