Job Title: Graphic Designer cum Digital Marketer

**Responsibilities**:
**Conceptualization and Design**:
Generate innovative design concepts that align with project goals and brand guidelines.

**Branding and Identity**:
Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand identities through consistent design elements.

Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure visual assets effectively communicate brand messages.

**Project Management**:
Manage end-to-end design projects, from initial concept to final production, ensuring deadlines are met.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather project requirements and incorporate feedback into design iterations.

**Multimedia Design**:
Develop engaging multimedia content, including social media graphics, infographics, and video graphics.

Adapt designs for various platforms and screen sizes, ensuring optimal user experience.

**Typography and Layout**:
Demonstrate a strong understanding of typography and layout principles to create visually balanced and readable designs.

**Print Production**:
Prepare print-ready files, ensuring accuracy in color, resolution, and format.

Collaborate with print vendors to oversee the production process and maintain quality standards.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proven One-year experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
- Proficient in industry-standard graphic **design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).**
- Knowledge of multimedia design tools and video editing software is a plus.
- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and consistency.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Up-to-date with industry trends and a continuous learner of new design techniques and technologies.

**Key Responsibilities as Digital Marketer**
- Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and web development, to produce engaging content and optimize user experience
- Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies
