
Executive Administrative Assistant

The Executive Administrative Assistant is responsible for superior customer service and training for customers and prospective customers from the initial contact to the delivery of the product.
- The Executive Administrative Assistant is responsible for meeting the deadlines set by the General Manager, to include reporting of transactions, inventory, forecasting, and trend analysis.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Preferred minimum education of Associate's Degree in Business and / or 3 years of customer service experience.
- Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and oral.
- Demonstrated excellence in organization and time management skills.
- Strong attention to details.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional phone and customer service skills. The person must be able to show enthusiasm and solicit confidence and trustworthiness through voice communication.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and short lead times.
- Understanding and proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Communicate effectively with all managers an owner, informing and updating them regularly to guarantee that both sales and client objectives are met.
- Coordinate with managers and owner to execute identified ecommerce and website upgrades and changes in order to facilitate company sales goals.
- Follow systems and procedures outlined in the company handbook.
- Participate as a key team player by supporting operations as needed.
- Maintains in good order, all records and files associated with position
- Manage, execute and assist in travel, calendars, and maintaining schedules for the General Manager.
- Observant and aware of critical business processes and issues and assist in troubleshooting and problem-solving as needed.
- Customer Service and Domestic Logistics
- Identify prospects, customers, and referral sources and develop / maintain relationships to ensure attainment of company business goals. Support efforts to consistently grow the base of referral sources.
- Actively manage short
- and-long term leads from external referral sources to qualify prospects and advance them through the sales process.
- Effectively present and discuss the products and services of the company, soliciting only those desired products / services provided by the company and its vendors, to current and prospective customers in a way that conveys an image of quality, integrity and superior understanding and delivery of customer needs.
- Conduct virtual presentations, seminars and education that promote the image of our company as a leader in the industry.
- Assist in performing market assessments, competitor analyzes, pricing strategies. Draw conclusions from market assessment data on the competitive environment and the company's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and targets, and provide advice to the Business Development Manager and General Manager / President.
- Assist and execute the company's strategic sales plan that identifies prospects and customers, prioritizes them according to importance and ability to provide results.
- Develop a schedule to adequately meet sales goals and provide reports and data on results.
- Assist Business Development Manager to develop annual marketing strategy in conjunction with the General Manager / President and identify joint marketing opportunities where applicable.
- Execute the sales order entry process and domestic logistic processes ensuring all orders are processed free of error and delivered to the complete satisfaction of the customer.
- Ensure customer education and installation information is kept up-to-date and provided to the customer for each transaction as outlined in company-directed guidelines.
- Keep current on new technology.
- Understand and comply with the sales system / program in place.
Pay: ₹8,790.00 - ₹20,487.00 per month
