Sales Executive for School Visit

Leading and executing the school sales strategy while ensuring that annual revenue targets are met.
- Visit K-12 Schools, Interact & build relationships with School’s Heads/Principals, Management, and Consultants for BD.
- Achieving the weekly targets in a high-pressure performance driven competitive environment.
- Meet targets annually, quarterly, monthly in terms of Sales, Demos, and Collections etc.
- Develop and maintain the sales roadmap, tracks key milestones, reprioritizes as necessary
- Discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction in K-12 schools
- Plan the business development activities & initiate innovative ideas/ways in order to increase the business.
- Plan & execute events such as seminars, workshops, exhibitions, saturation campaigns etc.
- Assist for media campaigns and print requirements at various places as required
- Creating leads for different verticals of business with specific emphasis on schools in different cities especially in Delhi NCR;
- Creating and customizing proposals as per the program opted by the school;
- Managing accounts and maintaining good working relationships with the schools;

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Delhi, East - 110092, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business development: 1 year (preferred)
- Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
