We are looking for an experienced, Overseas Student Counsellor who is meticulous in his/her approach. The position requires to counsel and recruit students from India for UK, USA, Canada and European universities, specifically from schools and university's agency network, to increase the student enrolment from India.

**Role: -**
- Counsel graduates and working professionals, person of all age group about our courses & handling enquiries.
- Interaction with Students and Parents on regular basis
- Monitor class schedules to ensure smooth running of classes.
- Support the students throughout the admission process by answering their queries.
- Maintain the target metrics by converting potential students into confirmed admission and succeed in achieving the performance goals.
- Maintain regular communication with students, parents for coordinating admission activities and resolving problems.
- Result-orientated and able to work under pressure to achieve targets.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English as well as the local language.
- Strong, presentation and persuasion skills.
- Report daily, weekly and monthly status.
- Should be target oriented and enthusiastic towards the role.
- Participating in educational fairs and events.

**Competencies: -**
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in overseas education counselling/recruitment.
- Experience of working with overseas education agency is a must
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Strong networking and counselling skills
- Ability to remember course information, scholarships, accommodation and other relevant information required to execute this role swiftly.
- Sound knowledge of higher education system and student visas for UK/USA/Europe.
- Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with students, colleagues and team representing diverse ethnic and cultural background.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
