**Experience**: 6-1 year in hospitality sales or international voice process preferred

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused **Hospitality Sales Executive** to join our International BPO team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound sales calls for global hospitality clients, offering services such as hotel reservations, upselling packages, and providing excellent customer experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound/outbound sales calls for international hospitality clients (hotels, resorts, travel services).
- Promote and sell hospitality services including room bookings, event packages, and special offers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable services or upgrades.
- Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a high level of service quality.
- Enter and update customer information in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth reservation and service delivery.
- Resolve customer complaints and queries professionally and efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Prior experience in international BPO/hospitality sales or travel domain is preferred.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Customer-centric attitude with the ability to handle pressure.
- Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts.
- Familiarity with booking platforms, CRM tools, or GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) is a plus.
