Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and executing our digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across various online platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive traffic to our digital platforms.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc., to achieve desired objectives within allocated budgets.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to inform digital marketing strategies and tactics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including graphic designers, content creators, and web developers to ensure cohesive execution of digital marketing initiatives.
- Utilize SEO techniques to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to our website.
- Manage and maintain our company's presence on social media platforms, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.
- Stay abreast of emerging digital marketing tools and technologies, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance our digital marketing efforts.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing roles.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads certification) are a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
