Role Overview

As a Digital Marketing Executive based in Thane, Maharashtra, you will play a pivotal role in executing online marketing strategies, managing digital campaigns, and amplifying our brand’s presence. Collaborating with our dynamic marketing team in Melbourne, Australia, you will help shape our brand identity and elevate customer engagement across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Uphold and ensure consistency in brand identity across all communications.
- Create compelling and engaging content for multiple marketing channels.
- Manage social media platforms, track performance metrics, and implement optimization strategies.
- Assist in planning, executing, and analyzing online advertising campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Coordinate and maintain the digital marketing calendar.
- Collaborate on social media strategy and content creation with the marketing team.
- Execute and manage Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, and budget allocation.
- Plan and implement social media marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness and engagement.
- Develop and oversee comprehensive digital marketing plans spanning multiple channels.

Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in digital marketing roles.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Expertise in copywriting and meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in digital marketing channels and social media strategies.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM tools like Google ads manager, Meta suite, SEMrush, HubSpot, Analytics.
