We are looking for an Executive to manage our front desk and offer administrative support across the organization. Your duties will include the following:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage front-desk activities, including greeting and welcoming guests positively.
- Ensure the office and reception area is tidy and presentable.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Receive, and deliver all incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Schedule meetings & coordinate office activities.
- Support in office administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.
- Vendor management, courier management, and performing duties such as photocopying, and filing.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of all data and information relating to the company.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Always maintain professional attitude and appearance.

**Requirements and skills**
- Graduate. Any additional certification is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Receptionist, Front Office executive, or similar role.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe.
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., Printers, scanners, etc.).
- Effective time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
