**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct field visits to prospect, pitch, and convert businesses to our digital marketing services.
- Target clients across industries — including retail, healthcare, education, real estate, hospitality, and more.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain a strong pipeline through cold visits, walk-ins, door-to-door campaigns, and scheduled meetings.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-ups, updates, and customer service.
- Provide tailored marketing solutions based on client needs and industry trends.
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, campaign execution, and client onboarding.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on field activity, leads, and conversions.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven field sales experience (preferably in digital marketing, advertising, or B2B services).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Familiar with CRM software or lead management tools (preferred).
- Ability to travel locally for client meetings and field visits.

**Monthly Sales Target**:

- Achieve a minimum sales target of ₹ [Insert Amount] per month (negotiable based on experience and market).
- Performance bonuses and incentives are offered for exceeding targets.
