**Job Purpose**:
As an IATA certified Marine Travel Executive, you will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating marine travel arrangements for our clients. Your primary objective will be to ensure seamless travel experiences for maritime personnel, adhering to all relevant regulations and standards. You will handle visa processing efficiently and provide exceptional customer service throughout the travel process.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, for maritime personnel.
- Ensure compliance with IATA regulations and industry standards in all travel bookings.
- Handle visa processing and documentation for international travel, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with airlines, hotels, and other travel vendors to secure the best possible rates and accommodations for clients.
- Maintain accurate records of travel bookings, expenses, and client preferences.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and visa requirements to provide informed guidance to clients.
- Handle any travel-related emergencies or disruptions efficiently, providing timely assistance and solutions to clients.
- Assist with invoicing, billing, and financial transactions related to travel bookings.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and enhance the quality of service delivery.

**Minimum Experience Requirements**:

- IATA certification.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in marine travel coordination or a related field.
- Demonstrated knowledge of visa processing procedures.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.

**Preferred Experience Requirements**:

- Experience working with maritime companies or personnel.
- Experience in handling emergency travel situations and crisis management.
- Knowledge of maritime industry regulations and compliance standards.

**Minimum Education Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or similar.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in travel booking software and online reservation systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client needs.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of international travel regulations and visa requirements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
