**Employee Engagement Officer (HR Department & Front Office Management)**
Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Employee Engagement Officer who will also manage front office responsibilities. This role requires a blend of HR expertise, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to fostering a positive work environment and managing front desk operations effectively.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Employee Engagement**:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Plan and coordinate employee events, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
- Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to assess employee sentiment and make recommendations for improvement.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns and promote a positive work culture.
- **Front Office management**:
- Greet visitors warmly and ensure they are properly directed.
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence, directing them to appropriate departments or personnel.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Handle administrative tasks such as managing office supplies, scheduling meetings, and coordinating with different departments.
- Handling the facility team
