**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Inbound Requirement Management**:
a. Handle current domestic and international placement requirements for paramedical and nursing professionals.

2. **Prospect Development**:
a. Research and identify new opportunities for placements in emerging markets or healthcare sectors.

b. Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare institutions worldwide.

c. Develop partnerships with organizations and institutions that may provide long-term placement opportunities.

3. **Recruitment Coordination**:

a. Ensure all documentation and regulatory requirements are met for domestic and international placements, including visas, licensing, and certifications.

b. Stay updated on relevant labor laws and immigration regulations related to healthcare placements in different regions.

5. **Relationship Management**:
6. **Market Research & Trend Analysis**:
a. Stay informed on industry trends, skill demands, and emerging markets in paramedical and nursing recruitment.

b. Provide market insights to support strategic planning and decision-making for future placements.

7. **Taking Demos**:
a. The placement coordinator is tasked with conducting the demos.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Management, or a related field. - Proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or placement, particularly in healthcare, nursing, or paramedical sectors. Strong understanding of domestic and international healthcare recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with visa processes and healthcare licensing is a plus.

- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

**Location**:Hyderabad [WFO]

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Weekend availability
