Job Title: Accounts Executive - Battery Industry (5-10 years experience)

Location: Shikrapur, Pune

**Responsibilities**:
Manage financial records and transactions using Tally software.

Handle end-to-end accounting processes up to P&L and balance sheet.

Ensure compliance with taxation and regulatory requirements.

Prepare financial reports and statements for management review.

Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.

Conduct periodic audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Collaborate with internal teams for financial analysis and decision-making.

Stay updated with accounting standards and changes in tax regulations.

Provide support during internal and external audits.

Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical accounting practices.

**Requirements**:
Proven 5-10 years of experience as an Accounts Executive, preferably in the battery industry.

Proficiency in using Tally software and handling accounting processes.

Sound knowledge of taxation and statutory compliances.

Experience in preparing financial statements, P&L, and balance sheets.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
