**Scope of Work**:

- To generate new leads for enrolment of new retailers.
- Market Mapping activity of executives will be planned in consultation with LSO/LD
- Target should be to convert those retailers who are not purchasing product from HPCL.
- Performance of Executives to be monitored on daily basis by LSO.
- Focus area is to map new volumes.
- Data generation and analysis.
- To carry out Instore Activation for promotion of HP Lubricants.
- To generate and drive the demand of HP Lubricant grades among the mechanics.
- To educate and activate mechanics about the various programs currently launched by HPCL and new upcoming programs.
