**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and manage client relationships in **manufacturing, construction, and engineering sectors**.
- Identify and onboard new distributors or industrial clients.
- Promote a wide range of **fasteners, bolts, nuts, washers, and related hardware**.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, logistics, and after-sales service.
**Requirements**:
- 1-5 years of experience in **industrial product or fastener sales** (preferred).
- Diploma / Degree in **Mechanical / Industrial / Marketing** fields.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Must have a two-wheeler for client visits (if applicable).
