**JOB DESCRIPTIONROLE PURPOSE: The overall objective of the Educator is to ensure, the implementation of activities related to the community and the involvement of community, within the frame of the project.**
**To ensure learning support to children of age 6-14 years, in the community to inculcate basic knowledge about reading, writing, math and life skills.**
**The Educator and community mobilizer will work together as a team.**
**The educator will be accountable for instructing pupils and promoting the growth of their learning. An educator’s responsibilities include to roll out and creating interesting activities, lesson plans, and learning materials, as well as leading student discussions.**
**The Educator will build relationship between Organization and the community.**
