We work at the intersection of strategy and storytelling, using social platforms to reflect your true positioning, not just create noise.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Video Content Creator & Editor who will craft and polish highly engaging video content across platforms (Reels, YouTube Shorts, and more) to bring our clients’ stories to life and spark genuine engagement. This role is primarily focused on editing and creating content from provided raw footage, with an emphasis on mobile editing apps for fast, high-quality delivery.What You Do (The Day-to-Day)- Edit & Polish: Masterfully cut, colour-grade, and animate videos with transitions and effects using mobile apps (InShot, CapCut, VN) for rapid, story-focused deliveries. - Optimise for Platforms: Tailor aspect ratios, captions, and hooks for each social channel’s specific needs and best practices. - Content Creation: Brainstorm with the team and quickly create short-form content, including simple BTS videos of the team or some clients on the provided iPhone 17 Pro Max as needed. - Iterate Quickly: Implement feedback, A/B test formats, and refine videos to boost performance metrics and engagement. - Archive & Organise: Maintain an organised library of raw footage and final edits for reuse and easy access.What We Are Looking For- Experience: At least 1-2+ years in a fast-paced, startup or agency environment, creating and editing social-first video content in a professional capacity. - Primary Technical Skill: Exceptional proficiency in mobile editing apps like InShot and VN Editor for fast-paced social media output. - Software Skills: Functional proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro. - Brownie Points: Proven experience in: - Editing Headshot video content (short interview-style clips). - Leveraging AI generative content tools (not mandatory). - Soft Skills: Strong storytelling sense, efficient time management, and keen attention to detail. - Good to Have: Academic background or certifications in Media, Communications, or related field.Our Non-Negotiables- Insatiably Curious: You test, iterate, and ship deliverables fast. - Hyper-Professional: Sloppy edits and late deliverables?
