You’ll begin with manual testing of new and existing features, then gradually transition into automation testing as we expand our test coverage and capabilities.Key Responsibilities:- Perform manual functional, regression, and exploratory testing for mobile apps (iOS & Android), web apps, and backend APIs.- Test new ML-driven features for accuracy, performance, and user experience.- Create, maintain, and execute test cases, test plans, and bug reports.- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and designers to ensure smooth feature rollouts.- Reproduce and investigate reported issues, working with the dev team for resolutions.- Maintain test documentation and track quality metrics.- Gradually contribute to automation testing frameworks for web, mobile, and APIs.Requirements:- 1-2 years of QA experience (manual testing across mobile, web, and backend).- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing types, and bug lifecycle.- Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Postman, or similar.- Ability to write clear, detailed, and reproducible bug reports.- Familiarity with REST APIs and basic database queries is a plus.- Exposure to automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cypress) is an advantage but not mandatory.- Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in identifying edge cases.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- AWS Knowledge: Experience with AWS services is a plus.Nice To Have:- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and QA’s role in them.- Basic knowledge of scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, or similar).
