We are looking for a dynamic **Sales & Customer Support Executive** to join our team. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle both sales and client interactions efficiently.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Conversion**: Handle inbound leads, follow up with potential customers, and convert them into paying clients.
- **Client Support & Relationship Management**: Address client concerns, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- **Reporting & CRM Management**: Keep records of client interactions, maintain CRM updates, and track sales progress.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in **sales** and **customer support** is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in **English and Hindi** (additional regional languages are a plus).
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations efficiently.
- Sales-driven mindset with a customer-first approach.
