Inside Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Sales Leadership:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve their full potential.
- Provide ongoing training and development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
2. Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the premium audio and automation market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, designers, and builders.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in the audio and automation industry.
3. Client Management:
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of client needs and preferences.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our solutions.
- Manage sales pipelines and track progress towards closing deals.
4. Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, engineering, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide input on product development and marketing strategies.
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives to drive company growth.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
