**JOB DESCRIPTION**
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
- Creating Client Estimation for clients.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stock level maintenance.
- Creating, Managing life cycle of Purchase Orders/
- Vendor Life Cycle Management including ordering, following, payments, reconciliation of accounts.
- Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data from Tally, Zoho.
- Filling, Creation of E-Way Bills on GST Portal
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, expense reports, and bank reconciliations.
- Presenting data to managers.
- Maintaining accurate financial records & Monitor cash flow and assist in budget planning
- Performing audits and resolving discrepancies.
- Computing taxes, uploading the relevant documents to GST or required Government Portal
- Keeping informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting.
**Desired Skills & Experience**
- Knowledge of Zoho Books, Tally.
- Experience : 3 Years or More.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.
- Strong Understanding of mathematics and accounting and financial processes.
- Strong Ethical behavior.
- Should have a Attention to detail
- Understanding of interior products is a plus.
- Should have knowledge in soft interior & furnishing products.
**Salary**: ₹360,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
