**Job Title: Purchase Executive**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Artisan Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with artisans to ensure continued partnership.
- Understand artisan capabilities and align them with product requirements.
- **Procurement Coordination**:

- Plan and execute procurement of raw materials and finished goods from artisans.
- Ensure quality standards and timely delivery of products to meet operational needs.
- **Vendor Development**:

- Identify and onboard new artisans or vendors in alignment with business requirements.
- Conduct periodic evaluations to ensure consistent quality and performance.
- **Negotiation and Pricing**:

- Negotiate fair pricing with artisans to ensure cost efficiency while maintaining equitable compensation.
- Manage budgets and control procurement costs effectively.
- **Quality Control**:

- Ensure that procured items meet quality and design standards.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to implement necessary improvements.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed records of procurement activities, artisan engagements, and costs.
- Generate reports on procurement status, artisan performance, and inventory levels.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Work closely with operations and product development teams to align procurement strategies.
- Communicate effectively with logistics teams to ensure seamless delivery.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, or supply chain roles.
- Fluency in Hindi is mandatory; additional regional languages are a plus.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
