Experience Required :1-3 years of experience

Skillset Required:

- Understand the project requirements and objectives, and develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Monitor and report on project progress to ensure that deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality
- Identify risks and issues early on, and work with the project team to mitigate them
- Escalate project risks and issues to the project sponsor as needed
- Ensure that all project documents are up to date and stored in a central location
- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and budget
- Facilitate communication between the project team and stakeholders
- Hold regular project meetings and provide updates on project progress
- Motivate and support the project team members, providing guidance and mentorship as needed
- Conduct performance reviews for project team members
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement change
- Serve as the point of contact for the project sponsor and stakeholders

Technical Skills: Ms Office Proficiency

Languages : English, Hindi & Marathi.
