As a Site Supervisor for Interior Projects at [Your Company Name], you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the execution of interior construction and design projects. **Responsibilities**:

- **Quality Control**: Ensure the quality of work meets company standards and client expectations.
- **Timeline Management**: Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and take proactive measures to address delays.
- **Communication**: Serve as the main point of contact for all project-related communications, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- **Problem Solving**: Identify and resolve issues that may arise during the construction process, implementing effective solutions.
- **Safety Compliance**: Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all team members.

**Requirements**:

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software.
- In-depth knowledge of interior construction processes and materials.

- English, Hindi and Marathi**

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
