Location:

Salary:

- 30,000 To 35,000 Per Month

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Experience:

- Total Experience : 3 Years in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum Experience : 1 - 2 Years as a project IN charge

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage interior design projects from conception to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and contractors to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans to ensure successful execution.
- Supervise and lead a team of interior designers and support staff to achieve project goals.
- Monitor project progress, identifying and resolving potential issues to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source materials and furnishings within budget constraints.
- Ensure compliance with design standards, regulations, and client specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality and address any on-site challenges.
- Maintain clear communication channels among project stakeholders.
- Provide leadership in problem-solving and decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, new materials, and design innovations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Project IN charge in the interior design industry.
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting and scheduling.
- Proficient in design software and project management tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Languages:

- English, Hindi and Marathi.

**Salary**: ₹360,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
