Job Title: Site In-Charge (Civil)

Reports to: Project Manager/Project Engineer

Job Summary:
The Site In-Charge (Civil) is responsible for overseeing and managing the construction activities at the site, ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Site Management: Oversee and manage the construction site, including supervising labor, monitoring progress, and ensuring site safety.

2. Project Planning: Assist in project planning, including creating schedules, setting milestones, and allocating resources.

3. Quality Control: Ensure that all construction activities meet the required quality standards, and implement corrective actions as necessary.

4. Safety Management: Implement and enforce site safety policies and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.

5. Material Management: Oversee the procurement, storage, and usage of construction materials, ensuring that they are used efficiently and effectively.

6. Labor Management: Supervise and manage labor, including hiring, training, and performance management.

7. Client Relationships: Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that their requirements are met.

8. Budgeting and Cost Control: Assist in budgeting and cost control, ensuring that the project is completed within budget.

9. Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to the Project Manager/Project Engineer, including progress reports, safety reports, and quality reports.

**Requirements**:
1. Qualifications: BE Civil

2. Experience: Minimum 3-7 years of experience in construction site management, preferably in a similar role.

3. Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
