**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Site Supervision & Execution**
- Oversee daily construction activities and ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and schedule.
- Allocate work to supervisors, foremen, and labor as per priority.
- Monitor manpower, material, and machinery utilization effectively.

**2. Planning & Coordination**
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly work progress reports.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors for smooth workflow.
- Support the Project Manager in scheduling, planning, and resource allocation.

**3. Quality Control**
- Ensure that construction quality meets company and industry standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and rectify any non-conformance.
- Maintain proper documentation of test reports and quality checks.

**4. Material & Resource Management**
- Raise material requisitions as per project requirements and ensure timely availability.
- Verify material delivery, quality, and proper storage at site.
- Maintain inventory and report consumption periodically.

**5. Safety & Compliance**
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and ensure PPE usage at site.
- Report accidents or near-miss incidents and take corrective action.
- Ensure compliance with local labor and environmental regulations.

**6. Reporting & Documentation**
- Maintain daily site logbook, attendance records, and work completion reports.
- Communicate site progress, delays, and issues to management on a regular basis.
- Assist in client billing and measurement verification when required.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong leadership and site management skills
- Knowledge of construction drawings, materials, and methods
- Excellent coordination and problem-solving ability
- Good communication and reporting skills

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred)
- 5-6 years of experience in site supervision and management (depending on project scale)

Experience in residential / commercial / industrial construction projects

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
