Job Description: Social Media Marketing speciallist

**Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Strategy**: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals and industry best practices.

**Content Creation**: Create engaging and shareable content across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

**Campaign Management**: Plan, execute, and monitor social media advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness, reach target audiences, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

**Community Engagement**: Foster and maintain relationships with our online community through active participation, timely responses, and meaningful interactions.

**Analytics and Reporting**: Track and analyze social media metrics to assess the performance of campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.

**Stay Updated on Trends**: Stay current with social media trends, tools, and platforms, and recommend innovative strategies to keep the company at the forefront of industry trends.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience as a Social Media Marketer or similar role.

Solid understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling and visually appealing content.

Experience with social media advertising and analytics tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
