Bachelor's degree with a marketing specialization and minimum 6 months of Social Media Marketing/ Digital Marketing Certification.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with company objectives and target audience interests.
- Create compelling and engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and audience behavior to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and product development, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets effectively to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in social media marketing

**Requirement**:

- Min 1.5 year proven experience in social media marketing, with a focus on strategy development and execution.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for content optimization.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive informed decisions.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Experience with graphic design and video editing software is a plus.

**Preferred skills**:

- Social Media Marketing, Communication, Microsoft office etc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
