Role Description

We're looking for a creative and passionate Social Media Marketing Intern to join our team in Pune.

This is a full-time, on-site internship where you'll get hands-on experience in digital marketing within the healthcare industry.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Creating engaging content for our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Managing and growing our online presence
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns
  • Tracking social media trends and performance analytics
  • Collaborating with our marketing team to align digital strategies with brand goals

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage creative social media posts, stories, and reels
  • Design awareness campaigns and digital promotions
  • Support both online and offline marketing initiatives
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights
  • Contribute innovative ideas to enhance brand visibility and engagement

Qualifications

  • Strong interest and skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing
  • Proficiency in content creation and a basic understanding of marketing analytics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools and Canva/video editing software (preferred)
  • Creative thinker with a flair for visual storytelling
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
  • Prior experience or coursework in social media marketing will be an added advantage
