**Key Jobs to be done**:
The Role of the Sourcing intern is to work on specific projects related to Sourcing Analytics: These projects can start with analysing the Data landscape and move onto meaningful sourcing Insights Projects.

Data:
Prepare And Classify an Exhaustive List of Source Data for Spend and Saving.

Prepare a Plan for Capture of All Data sources for Spend and Savings (System and Manual)

Create an a Plan for Data Governance and Data Audit

Insights:
Work with Business to Build Commodity Strategy Insights
- Prepare a list of Key requirements helpful to Sourcing Teams for Preparing Commodity Strategy.
- Self Analyse and Classify Spend and Savings Data for Insights
- Create Full Spend View for Top 50 Suppliers
- Ensure Data integrity at the Backend. Implement rules & automate data cleansing, mapping, transformation and exception handling.
- Create a Full View to Track and Increase Spend compliance with Preferred Suppliers
- Ensure Data integrity at the Backend. Implement rules & automate data cleansing, mapping, transformation and exception handling.
- Create Framework for Spend and Saving Comparison and Insights
- Implement / operationalize Analytics by developing representations and visualizations in BI.

**Skills to Succeed in this Role**:
Expert level skill in Tableau/Power BI

Good written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work with geographically diverse teams via collaborative technologies.

Confident in Python for data processing

Understanding of Supply Chain Processes

Good to have Skills: Understanding of Data architecture, Data Engineering
